The desk doesn't really bother me. My reaction was the fact that you work at Bungie, you just finished Halo 2 -- and you're playing Fable? What?! If that's the way you're going to be, can I have your copy of Halo 2 or something?
I have a question for you, since I have exhausted all my other resources and contacts: Will people be able to play co-op on Halo 2 via Live? If not, will it be available as a content download in the future? I know at one point, the company was working on it. I have yet to hear a straight answer on this subject.
I'm sorry if I sound like a dick about this, but there is a vast array of knowledge that I simply can't talk about with respect to Halo 2, especially since it's not for sale yet. Post launch, there will still be a whole lot of crap I can't talk about. It's nothing personal, just part of my job.
No, I'm not walking away from this feeling personally offended. I know you're obligated by your job and the policies of the company to do what they say regarding to their regulations. I don't begrudge any of that. I do not mean to make you a scapegoat by any means because you're hamstrung by what people feel should be public knowledge. My best friend and I live in separate states and really like the feature of co-op play like Rainbow Six Three</b> via Live, and it's a pretty big component of what we're looking for in Halo 2.
I have a lot of places to go to discuss with members of game press and people like yourself, but none of them are able to say whether that important feature is or will be there. It's a frustrating endeavor for people who are looking specifically for this feature to enhance their experience.
But thank you for answering me as best as you could, regardless.
